FOJA's general election brought three new members to the Executive Board. The election was held on November 16, 2008. 

Five members from the previous board retained their position as they were not contested. The new members voted in are  Cordel Morgan, Vice President; Alsina McMorris, Secretary; and Rapheal Hanslip, Member at Large.
